The hotel had a perfect location near two tube stations and plenty of cafes. My room was spotless.

The stay was primarily for exploring nearby attractions. While the room was basic and showed signs of wear with marks and ripped wallpaper, I appreciated the location being just around the corner from two tube stations and close to several cafes. Despite the issues in the room, it was relatively clean and offered a good base for sightseeing, especially being near Hyde Park.

Charming character in the suite, but noisy from the nearby takeout.

The room itself had an alluring vintage charm, blending classic features with a unique ambiance. Strategic location near public transport offered easy access to explore the sights, perfect for travelers on the go.
The experience was marred by a multitude of issues. The lift was out of service, forcing a trek up five flights of stairs, which wasn't ideal after a long day. Air conditioning was nonfunctional, leaving the room stifling hot, and a provided fan offered little relief. Drinking water from the sink wasn’t suitable, which meant no access to chilled water in a sweltering environment. For the £230 per night price, expectations for a basic standard of comfort and functionality simply weren't met.

Convenient location and friendly staff
The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from two tube stations, which made exploring London super easy. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, adding a positive vibe to our stay. the room could use some updating and felt a bit cramped.

The location was fantastic! Just steps away from two tube stations and close to the park. The room could use a refresh though—definitely showing its age. 😕

definitely coming here again
The location was super convenient, just a minute from Bayswater station. The Deluxe Double Room had a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and heating. There were free toiletries, towels, and even a coffee machine! Housekeeping did a great job. Friendly staff were always helpful and made the stay pleasant.

We had a fun time at the Queens Ice & Bowl, skating and laughing together. The hotel was perfect for our family, clean rooms and friendly staff. Plus, they welcomed our small dog, making our stay even more enjoyable.
My kids wished there were more activities available for families.

perfect spot for parks and museums within walking distance
During our stay, we loved how easy it was to walk to Kensington Palace, just about 500 meters away, and explore the beautiful greenery of Hyde Park, also only a short stroll away, making it perfect for our family outings during the long weekend.

Had an awesome time with friends at this hotel! We visited the largest ice skating rink and the Queens Ice & Bowl. The location is close to everything, making it super convenient.
I did have a rough patch with a rude receptionist. definitely needs improvement in customer service. though, it was a fun trip.
